Siok Handmade Noodle

CJ's cousin recommended this fish soup noodle for us, and we decided to try it out one fine afternoon. It is located at Kompleks Yang Lim Plaza, Jl. Emas, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia, in front of the plaza's motorcycles' parking lot.
We arrived there at around 11 in the morning and it was already packed. We choose second floor seats as it is more comfortable. Both of us ordered the stall's special which is "Siok bihun daging ikan" (Fish fillet bihun soup noodle) and we were quiet shocked when it came as it turned out to be quiet a portion!!

One bowl costs Rp. 25.000, and it was worthy. The handmade noodle tastes good, they are not stingy at all with the fish fillets, and the soup is just nice. CJ had it with hot tea while I had it with ice tea. You can also order fruit juice if you don't like your dish with tea.
